Terms of Service

1. Description of service

Astropond ("the Service") is a platform providing access to multiple AI models. The Service is offered through astropond.com and official mobile apps.

2. Account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• One user, one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

Astropond MAY NOT be used for:

• Illegal activities or harm to others
• Inciting violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Child exploitation content (strictly prohibited; reported to authorities)
• Creating malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Producing deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content (deepfakes, spam, phishing)
• Outputs presented as professional medical, legal, or financial advice (Astropond is informational, not professional counsel)
• Infringing third-party intellectual property
• Bypassing technical limits, automated request flooding, or denial-of-service attacks

Violations may result in account termination without notice and forfeit of remaining balance.

4. Payment and balance

• Astropond uses pay-as-you-go. No subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Balance can be loaded via Stripe in TRY or USD.
• Loaded balance is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. (Statutory consumer-protection exceptions reserved.)
• Usage is metered per token according to the model's price.
• Accounts inactive for 12 months are paused and balance frozen.

5. Content ownership

• Your content: messages you send and responses you receive belong to you.
• Responsibility: verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing it is your responsibility.
• Astropond does not use your content for advertising or marketing.

6. Service availability

• We aim for >99% uptime but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• Astropond is not liable for outages caused by third-party AI providers.
• Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

7. Disclaimer

Astropond is provided "as is". AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate. Consult a professional for legal, medical, financial, or critical decisions.

Astropond's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account termination

• You can delete your account anytime from settings.
• Astropond reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the terms without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in the Istanbul Courts.
