Data Deletion and Account Removal
At Astropond we believe your data should be under your control. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
1. Delete your account (in-app)
- Sign in to the Astropond app or astropond.com.
- Tap the profile icon top-right → Settings.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm by entering your password.
Your account and all chat history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

- Your account email address
- What you want deleted ("entire account" or a specific list)
- Identity verification details (if any)
Requests are answered within 30 days (KVKK and GDPR statutory window).
3. What gets deleted
- Account information (email, name, password hash)
- All chat history and messages
- Files you uploaded
- Usage statistics
- Token balance history
4. Data we must retain
- Payment / invoice records — 10 years per Turkish tax law. Only amount, date, and transaction ID; no chat or personal content.
- Security logs — 90 days for abuse detection, then auto-deleted.
